For 30 years, the Hyundai Elantra has provided drivers with a quality driving experience. And that’s thanks to the various amenities and technology in this model’s trims. For this article, we’ll be breaking down each trim level, so customers shopping at our Mansfield dealership can better understand what each trim offers.

Elantra SE

As the base trim, the SE comes standard with 147-horsepower 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine and a continuously variable automatic transmission. Cloth upholstery covers the seats, and an eight-inch touchscreen helps drivers control the vehicle’s various features. All Elantra models come with a suite of advanced drivers, which include blind-spot collision-avoidance assist, driver attention warning, and rear automatic braking.

Elantra SEL

As the next highest trim level, the SEL adds to the SE with keyless entry, push-button start, satellite radio, and a six-speaker audio system. There are also two optional packages available: the Convenience package and Premium package, and they add amenities such as heated front seats and a sunroof.

Elantra N Line

Though the N Line is equipped similarly to the standard SEL, it does offer a sportier design. This is thanks in part to features like a turbocharged 1.6-liter 201-hp engine, the option to have a six-speed manual transmission or a seven-speed automatic transmission, and sport-tuned springs and rear suspension for better handling.

Limited

As a high-level trim, the Limited comes loaded with all the SEL’s optional features plus several of its own. These newly added features include a 10.25-inch touchscreen with navigation, an enhanced voice recognition system, and rear parking sensors.

Elantra N

As the highest trim level, the high-performance N is equipped similarly to the Limited but adds its own performance features and distinctive styling. Coming equipped with a turbocharged 2.0-liter 276 hp four-cylinder engine and an optional six-speed manual or eight-speed automatic transmission, this trim offers plenty of power for any driver. Add in an electronically controlled limited-slip differential, more sophisticated rear suspension design, and sport front seats with additional bolstering, and you have one car that’s hard to pass up.
