These numbers are achieved with the 32 kW Interior-Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor, a battery that helps you drive solely on electric power. Combined with a six-speed EcoShift® Dual Clutch Transmission with SHIFTRONIC® and front-wheel drive, the Ioniq lets you go longer and farther on one tank of gas. The base trim performs well wherever you drive, with an estimated 57/59 mpg city/highway.
